Outlook Lodge O.R. Tambo, located just a stone’s throw away from O.R. Tambo International Airport, is the ideal location for your conferencing needs.
For your convenience, our conference venue has a maximum capacity of 120 guests and can be subdivided into 3 smaller conference rooms that each have their own maximum capacities.

Accommodation
The lodge itself has several suitable advantages, including a generous, lush garden area and a spacious, well-equipped dining room, and is about 30 minutes from Pretoria and 20 minutes from Johannesburg CBD.
To accommodate guests, we have 16 standard double rooms and 20 standard twin rooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom. Our rooms are air-conditioned, have tea and coffee stations in each of the rooms and can accommodate up to 72 delegates (sharing).

Our conference room setup is completely customisable, so whether you’d like a classroom setup or theatre style, u-shape or boardroom style, we can adapt to your conference and meeting requirements.
Our team also believes in adding a personal touch to each and every one of our conferences, guaranteeing you and your delegates a unique and genuine experience.

When it comes to meals and snacks, our chefs are equipped to handle and provide for special dietary requirements, be it religious or personal preference. For the conference itself, you can choose from a set menu or a more personalised one. Both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages are also available.
